All CVS Pharmacy locations offer 1–2 day delivery, although some exceptions may apply.

No. Controlled substances, medications that require refrigeration and medications paid for by Medicare B cannot be delivered at this time. Please call your local pharmacy for additional details.

Yes. When you place your first delivery request, our system will recognize if your plan allows delivery. If you have trouble placing the request, call your local pharmacy.

If you request delivery before 4 pm Monday through Thursday, your order will be delivered within 2 days. Orders placed before 4 pm on Friday will be delivered by Monday. Orders placed before 3 pm on Saturday will be delivered by Tuesday. Orders placed after 3 pm on Saturday and all Sunday orders will be delivered by Wednesday. No deliveries on Sunday. Exceptions may apply due to your delivery address and any holiday scheduling. You can check the order tracker in your Rx Express Order History for an estimated time of delivery.

No, you don't need to be home. The delivery will be left in a safe place at your delivery address. If no safe location is available, the package will be held at the local post office for up to 15 days, and you will need to either call for a redelivery or pick up the package at the post office. After 15 days, prescription orders will be returned to pharmacy and you will have to call the pharmacy to have the prescription refilled. Additional delivery fees may apply to redelivery. If your order doesn't arrive as expected, check your Rx Express Order History for delivery details and call your local pharmacy.

Your home or a location of your choice. The delivery address must be in the same state as the pharmacy. If you live in DC, ID, KY, MA, ME, MS, VT, WA or WV, state regulations require a residential address for prescription delivery.

Yes. Your delivery fee may vary by location and is not covered by insurance even if you have a Medicare Part D plan. You'll pay the fee at Checkout when you request delivery.

Your pharmacy will share your full name, delivery address and phone number with the courier for delivery purposes only. To protect patient privacy, no other personal information or prescription information will be displayed on the tamper-evident delivery packaging.

You'll receive an email and text message letting you know that the product is currently unavailable. Your order for this item will be canceled, but the remaining items in your order will be delivered as expected.
